Are your kids growing up? And have they outgrown that expensive train table you bought them? Yeah, me too, but don’t sell it for much less than you paid for it, and definitely don’t throw away that old train table. Are you kids now into Legos? Bam, now you know how to turn your old train table into a new lego table.
Gather your materials -
- Lego Building Plates
- Strong Scissors
- Spray Bottle w/ Water
- Gorilla Glue
Clean off, and clean out your old train table. Be sure to wash any dirt from the surface of the table.
Open your LEGO building pieces and take a look at them, be sure they are in good condition.
Lay out your LEGO building pieces, and make straight cuts where needed to fill the surface area of your table.
You’ll use the Gorilla glue to secure the LEGO building pieces to the top of the table.
- Apply the Gorilla glue to the back of the LEGO building pieces.
- Lightly spay the clean surface of the table with water, this helps activate the Gorilla glue to adhere to the surface.
- Repeat the above steps for each LEGO building piece, securing each piece to the surface of the table. Allow 1-2 hours to dry, Once the table is dry your children can play on their new LEGO table.
