THE OBJECTIVE

Personal project. Avalaunch Media not only creates cool things, but we are also thought leaders. Our leadership regularly presents at some of the industry’s biggest and more prestigious events and conferences. Our fear- less, bearded leader, Mat Siltala, needed a new deck for one of these con- ferences. It needed to be eye-catching, convey information quickly, reflect our sense of humor and break the mold.

OUR SOLUTION

Pop Culture. Our conference decks always draw heavily on the most relevant content being shared across social media platforms. The Walking Dead has been a buzz ever since the first zombie lost its head. Soon after its premiere, the words “zombie apocalypse” was playfully in everyone’s brains. So, we created a slide deck with this theme, that lined up with the topic of our pres- entation – The Pinterest Marketing Survival Guide.

THE RESULTS

Bloody Brilliant. The Avalaunch design team used a gritty, somewhat bloody, clever use of thematic elements and characters from the show to convey our content to the audience. It was refreshing, attention grabbing and memorable.
