Role Summary
The Internal Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee internal communications, facilitate location-level marketing training, and ensure consistent updates across promotional and digital platforms. This role also supports our Event Management function, which includes planning and executing various events.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Marketing & Communication:
- Manage and update internal systems with current promotions and marketing content.
- Responsibilities include: Updating wall signage, door and monument signs, Blue Eye, internal screens, digital receipts, and Review Management (Podium).
- Conduct branch-level marketing training sessions and communications to ensure alignment with current promotions and brand messaging.
- Manage “minor website updates,” such as promotion changes, homepage updates, and blog posts.
- Respond to and fulfill one-off marketing and communication requests.
- Support the CMO on a variety of tasks as needed.
Event Management:
- Plan and oversee concert events, including:
- Ambassador staff management, supply orders, activation coordination, and maintaining a strong relationship with venue owners.
- Organize holiday events, such as the Christmas party, annual meetings, planning sessions, and seasonal celebrations (e.g., July 24th).
- Plan and execute future community events, including parades, business conferences, and other client or community engagements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in a marketing, communications, or event management role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital signage platforms, CMS (for minor website updates), and tools like Podium for review management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting other team members as needed.
