This position is for a client of Avalaunch Media. Avalaunch Media will be conducting initial screenings and interviews on behalf of our client.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience various marketing initiatives including SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, email marketing, and social media. You will work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and consistency with service offerings.
  • Manage HubSpot and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
  • Ability to make quick WordPress website adjustments and updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and help strategize adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, promotions, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role or similar.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • Strong time management, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience in managing content creation, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule Monday and Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in office at their American Fork based office.
