The website’s domain structure was the first issue we noticed — most travelers searched millardcounty.com for tourism info, but that led to the government site, while the actual tourism site was at millardcounty.org, causing confusion. Beyond that, the website and marketing materials didn’t align with the county’s updated branding, the calendar and navigation needed an overhaul, and the travel brochure, though highlighting must-see destinations, lacked guidance on how to experience them. Visitors might arrive unprepared, without the right gear, or unsure how to plan a full day of adventure.
