Charity 5K Run/Walk:
The 5K begins at 9:30 a.m. and takes place at Wheeler Historic Farm in Salt Lake City, Utah! Wheeler Farms has a USATF certified 5K route we will be utilizing. This will be a chip timed event for the competitive runner looking to win their age group or post a personal record. Or if a morning walk is your goal, you are invited to be a part of the festivities! The course will close at 10:30 a.m.
Mascot Family Fun Run:
Did you know we have a Yeti at Avalaunch Media?
Don’t worry, he’s not the scary kind.
We’re inviting you to bring out your kids to be a part of the Mascot Family Fun Run! Join Eddie the Yeti along with other area mascots at 9:00 a.m. for a fun one mile run. If you are registered for the 5K, you can participate in the fun run at no charge!
Avalaunch Gives Back Scholarship Program:
At Avalaunch Media, we are committed to supporting Utah students in their educational pursuits and helping to develop the next generation of leaders and believers here in the Beehive State.
Every year, for more than a decade, our agency has launched its annual tradition of supporting education through the Avalaunch Media Scholarship Contest as part of our #AvalaunchGivesBack initiative. This year’s winner will receive a $2,500 scholarship to put toward their marketing education at any Utah-based institution.
It is our goal in the coming years to begin to give out 25 $1,000 scholarships every year!

For $300 all the way up until race day, you will receive 10 registrations for the event. $30 will be our initial rate plus fees, but that will increase in September. This is a chance for your company to have a team and do an event together! It can be paid for by the company as a benefit to staff members. You will pay no ‘fees’ on top of the $30 and receive our lowest price. Paper applications and waivers will be provided to staff to fill out.

Time
Time and effort of 3-6 individuals from your organization (2 Available)
Your company will man 1 of the 2 water/gatorade aid stations during the event. The participants will pass your aid station a minimum of 3 times at aid station 1, and 2 times at aid station 2. Aid Station 1 is on the one mile fun run course as well!
Decorate your aid station! WE will provide the cups, water, gatorade, coolers, and table. We appreciate your help in setting it up. But bring signage for your business. Bring noise makers like cow bells. Have a great time and connect your business with this outstanding charity event!
